to be fair...there really isn't much worth dling a model like this for much else other then non-progit original content...and a rule like that is MORE likely to get people using it in there just to wiggle it in your face for having that rule and having it freely downloadable...especially when most people are using just the virgin killer these days...if you didn't want it used in vrchat you probably should have kept the file to yourself or made it private..."don't use for vrchat" is a wasted rule because I can also gauruntee people ONLY found this submission looking for models for vrchat...cuz it's the only reason people really come on here for models anymore because mikumikudance literally exists in vrchat...so you have to go with either public use, no rules, with a download...or just no download at all...can't really blame vrchat for anything either because it's the userbase doing the rule breaking...but it's YOUR RULE so I really blame you for lacking foresight and not thinking about putting up a public access model with rules expecting them to behave with data that technically becomes their property once downloading because possession is 9 tens of the law...you freely gave it out...people freely used it as they wished...that's on you not vrchat...
