Hands are difficult, you could probably show a little bit more detail. As they are now they're not as realistic as the rest of the style. A little more lines would give them a better shape. I like the torso but for the sleeves you might want some references for clothes folds.

Yep, I've been being pretty lazy with looking for references haha T_T I think it's just the anatomy of the hands that's giving me trouble; most anime styles have pretty simple-ish hands but if you don't get the anatomy right then detail doesn't matter regardless;; Better shading would probably help too lolol

References are surprisingly amazing. I did a bunch of artwork without it recently, and the difference it has to others that use them are positively shocking.
With hands I think better shape and shading would sort out your problem. It's not so much more lines and such. I couldn't think of the words when I was saying it before.
