Description So, I'm really sorry for forgetting to post yesterday, but there was a national holiday here, and to me it still felt like it was still sunday. So as an apology I'll post two commissions for you guys. This one's the first one, commissioned, as almost always, by 12Animefan21 .

It won't probably come at much of a surprise, that moving from one place to another, and starting over in a new school because of this, is difficult. To tell you the honest, I learned this the hard way. Let me tell you the story of Melody, the not exactly average school girl who transferred to Harukazuka All Girls High School.

Oh, before we get started, let me introduce myself. I am... I was Christian. My family moved to Japan due to my dad changing workplaces. I know it sounds like the plot of a crazy anime, but hey, reality is often weirder than fiction. So I moved to this quiet small town in the rural part of Northern Japan. Cozy place, warm during summer, freezing cold in winter, but overall a very nice place to live in. I do have to admit, I was happy to live there. The backfire part of it all was the new school.

The moment I entered campus was when I realized something was odd: Everywhere I looked, girls. Cute girls. Beautiful by all the possible standards, wearing these really cute white one piece dresses and colorful ribbons around their neck. There were also many that weren't Japanese, but more likely from somewhere to the west. This would've been a great relief for me, had it not been for this... Odd situation that followed within ten minutes.

"Wha... What do you mean I'm in the wrong school?" I asked in utter shock when the chief secretary told me what kind of school I was in. "Why am I in an all girls school?"

"Aparently, your application papers were filled out incorrectly. It says here, your name is Christina, not Christian." she told me with the most troubled facial expression I've ever seen on anyone's face. "This is an administration mistake, but I fear it all began with whoever sent your application papers."

"So what do I do now?" I asked with a worried expression. "Do I just walk out? I mean, there's supposed to be no other high school in this town."

"I..." She stuttered for a bit, but suddenly stood to pull a drawer out and picked up a blue ribbon from it, walked over to me, and started making a bow around my neck. "Look, this is an emergency method which I was told to only use in exceptional cases. But, I'll need to tell you, it will be a permanent change. You'll be known by the name Melody from now on, keep that in mind in case anyone asks."

She told me this while finishing the bow around my neck, removing my necktie I had until then and throwing it into the trash can. I looked at her in even more confusion than until now, but she just shooed me out of the office. I finally shrugged and started walking out of the building. I sighed in disbelief, but also in some relief, as I seemed to get away with relatively little trouble. As I walked down the hallway, the warm rays of the sun shone on me and I felt this incredibly gentle feeling, like my face was being caressed by soft hands. The same was true to my entire body. I thought I was just halucinating, but I shrugged it off as having not eaten anything yet that day, since I was already late, and it starting to show the usual symptoms. I often had similar feelings when my stomach was bad. Though it felt weird, this was even more intense than usual. Then again I was feeling weird eversince I entered the school grounds anyway.

Finally I made it back out into the school yard, and sat down under an old tree, to get some fresh air. This was when I heard footsteps approaching me.

"Hello! You must be a new girl here." I heard a friendly voice chirping from behind me, and she spoke english to my luck. "Always nice to see new faces here."

I turned to see this cute girl with those playful blue eyes and twintails, behind her a similarly adorable one with pigtails and a shy smile. She called me new girl, which was a little strange, but I decided to go with the flow.

"Umm, yeah, I'm Melody. Nice to meet you." I told them and when we shook handsI noticed my own hand being so much smaller, and... That sleeve... Why?

"What's wrong?" she asked. "You look surprised."

"Oh, umm... I-I mean, I didn't... expect top meet new schoolmates so soon..." I tried to come up with an excuse, and as lame as it may have sounded, she seemed to accept it.

"Oh, okay. I'm Nadine by the way. Moved here a couple months ago myself. And this is Hope. We're part of the foreign students program, which I think you're a part of too."

As she kept on chirping about it, I looked into a puddle just in front of me, and noticed this: I had changed into a schoolgirl, just like them, long, brown hair blue ribbons adorning it, and eyes the same color as my hair. I looked mega cute to be honest and I couldn't help but break into a smile. This may or may not have confused Nadine and Hope even more, but who cares? They were happy to welcome me among them. I think I'll be able to settle in here quite easily.
