for any one looking at this a little about the character.
shes not a ninja. so she doesn't jump around in that tight dress. actually her powers involve dancing. the weapon is only for close range if people manage to get that close.
the actual design has the dress being a lot bigger and much more loose. but I don't mind the way he drew it. i like how it looks tight.
as for the boobs. i asked them to be that way 
not a weapons master and not a dress expert. the design is the way it is simply cause i liked the way it looked. (dunno why people always jump to the typical ninja solution but oh well

Very nice, cool dress (very cool!) and cool pose but... wha the hell... the boobs?! I don't like them. Too big and hanging. The Original-Charakter by J-Squared doesn't habe so large boobs. I agree with Whiskej... these are only deformed melons in front of her!
