My OCs, Harmony (blonde) and Hinako (brunette)
I thought it would be fun to design a school uniform for them because they're my only characters still in high school. I like how it turned out. For more of them: [link] Done with Pilot Drawing Pen, markers (mostly Copics), and gel pen.
