it may be a simple technique to you, but it brings out many, many more complicated points that if you turn your head you can see...i could say a million things about the figures behind the main person, do you want me to start with a few? lol.

simple drawings and simple techniques - that may be true, but behind each drawing there's a pretty strong message that is why your art is so much appreciated.
you also have a very unique style, and very different too.
not like things other people draw and that makes your art more of a pleasure to view; because. you. don't. follow. the. trend.
and if you did, that would be sickening.
you have talent and even if people can't acknowledge it yet, you have to know that it's there
