So I am still doing these. I have plenty of ideas, no time to do anything.

I put Master Splinter here for some height reference, but I don't think I've shared my design for him either so here ya go. I liked 2012 Splinter, but I wanted the fur pattern to better resemble a real rat. So I did a little bit of research to learn what patterns rats usually have. Wild rats have more plain patterns than pet rats, so I looked more at pet rats. I've since forgotten what I had learned, but my notes say I designed him with a blaze pattern and agouti color. Splinter at this point is in his forties. I initially had him in a maroon robe, but I decided to switch to green for turtle power solidarity. And I felt there was getting to be too many characters wearing colors in the reddish range.

Karai is Hamato Yoshi/Splinter's daughter. Oroku Saki, like in the 2012 show, ruined Yoshi's life and took his daughter. I decided to have Karai know she's adopted(like 2k3), but Shredder has told her that her father abandoned her and left her for dead. So she resents Yoshi for that, although he actually had no idea she was alive.

The next two are the same character. Her name is Jennelle Mei Williams. She goes to school with April and Casey, but she's also secretly a Foot Recruit. She's based heavily off of Rise!Casey. I like the idea of humanizing the Foot Goons a bit, so here's the misguided teenager who will eventually see the error of her ways and become good. She's going to be a love interest for Casey once he gets over his crush on April(I guess then it'll be like Jake/Rose in Jake Long: American Dragon). You bet they're gonna have a daughter named Cassandra...eventually.
When deciding on her name, I ended up mixing "Jennika" and "Gabrielle" since those are both characters that were love interests for Casey, at least for a little bit. Mei is meant to symbolize Casey moving on from April to "May". She's also Chinese-American, so she spells it different. Her last name is based off the voice actor for Rise!Casey, Zelda Williams. Her nickname is Jenn. But while working with the Foot, she's called Mei.

The last one is a mix between 2k3's Angel and Rise's Kendra. Her name is Kendra Hamilton(or Johnston? I can't decide), but her online moniker is "Ange1". She's part of the purple dragons tech club(which is actually a crime organization connected to the Foot clan). She's good at hacking, programming, coding, and stuff like that. She has a half-brother(same mom, different dad), who is Baxter Stockman's nephew(which is probably how she got involved in crime in the first place. She figures if she helps, then Shredder is less likely to hurt any of them). Half-brother's name is Jason "Jace" Stockman(online monikerex). Step-Dad's name is Barnaby Stockman(reference 80's Barney Stockman, but I changed the name slightly cuz I can't take Barney even semi-seriously). Hopefully I can make a sheet with Stockman and Jace sometime.
She actually has a part in the Donnie-April crush nonsense, which I'll try to explain. Donnie and April bond over their shared scientific interests. But Donnie's main interest is tech, where April's is more like biology and chemistry and stuff like that. So when Donnie meets Kendra and it seems like they have so much more in common, April starts getting worried that he'll want to hang out with Kendra more than her. Kendra is mostly interested in manipulating him into helping her with some crime stuff though. Donnie is just excited to have a tech nerd friend(he doesn't have many friends for obvious reasons) and doesn't notice anything odd. April is just worried about losing her friend. So it's basically a sorta not-love triangle thing.
