Description
I always like watching Bees. They always seem to have that attitude like "I'm a busy Bee, get out me way!". However, Bees are an important part of wildlife, and our culture depends upon them more than I think we realise. If they really are dying out because of mankind activity, then we need to do something about it, and start now!
Honey Bees seem to be a yearly resident in our back garden, but that is exactly what we like about it. These busy Bees are important, just like other types, in pollination. The reason why they produce Honey is so that it acts as a reserve for the winter, but often they are so surprisingly efficient, that they produce at least 2-3 times the required amount to survive the winters. I wouldn't even be surprised if taking some of the honey out actually gives them a helping hand, but it's not something I am fully comfortable with.
