I've got to say- I see a potential in your art. (This comment is not about just this piece but your art in general)
I see there's quite some variety in your art : traditional drawing, ink and now digital (probably I could find a bit more). You don't stop on one particular style as well which is something new.
It seems you're quite new to digital drawing though. Well... your ability to present the character on the page well is still visible
I have one thing I see you could improve in your digital drawings- the shadows. You neither go full 2d look with no shadows nor add strong enough shadows to define your characters in 3d.
Since you use a bit of shadows- try working on them, because right know it doesn't feel like they add much to the drawing and it still looks flat.

She won't - she isn't a Gorgon; from what I understand, Nagas are protective Earth spirits in Tibetan/Nepalese mythology/ Can someone clarify this?
