Description
I saw someone’s lovely reverse G3 Winter-Mint custom a few weeks back and I fell in love. I tried to contact them about trading, but since I never heard back I guess that means no, so I decided to make my own. And since Big Lots had just gotten some 3-9s in, I figured I’d do that instead. I like 3-9 Mintys, so it’s not an exact copy of the one I saw either. So yays!

Was originally a 3-9 PP; painted the gradient no the legs, redid the eyes and symbols, and lengthened the eyelashes so she’s fit with my 3-9 Winter-Mint better. I tried to mirror her symbols the best I could. She was rerooted with DH Envy nylon and Mint Ice saran hair. The hair clip came from the ’09 winter SB set; I didn’t have any nice printed green material for a scarf sadly.

It’s really interesting to put these two together actually, and see how much my painting style has changed in a year, since they’re so similar it’s almost like making a copy. I also think a pink Minty is epic-I mean, I’m all about the pink and it’s MINTY! I love Minty almost as much, if not more, than Glory. Glory and Minty-they’re my top two. And there’s a pink Glory I’m gaga over, so pink Minty=WIN!
