2nd JUS spriteLyn from Fire Emblem 7. If you still couldn't figure out from my entire galley, I love Fire Emblem!
Made a new sprite in the JUS style. I find that I have no problem with the proportions though shading is still kinda tricky. I also noticed that it is so much easier just to go 100% custom in this style than just splice.
Hair shading defiantly need some work so I need some tips on how to shade the hair. Shading is defiantly much different from FE battle sprites >_<
Oh, I'm dedicating this to due to the fact she refuses to draw Lyn and her belief that Lyn is ugly, which is defiantly no true, that jerk
edit: Minor head lift (similar to Selvaria) and fixed some of the shading on her hair.

It stands for Jump Ultimate Stars which is a game for the ds. It's like Super Smash Bros but with manga/anime characters instead.

Let's see. Overall, it's good, but I do have a few problems
First of all, the contrast. Don't get me wrong, for one of your first JUS sprites, the contrast ain't that bad. "Rookies" tend to forget that contrast is very important with this style. You did apply it well most of the time. But it could be better at some places, like at the boots
And the shading/ outlining of the hair could, like you said, use some work.
But not bad

Thanks! Does contrast means how dark/light the colors are from each other? How should the JUS colors be? Darker or lighter?

The contrast in JUS should be high, which means there's a big difference between the shades
