Alright, let me just say that this is absolutely adorable! I really like how you made the fur look shiny *hence shiny eevee LOL* A few things you should work on are the front paws, they are a bit mishapen, and also you should work on the flow of the fur. Everything else looks super cute, especially the eyes C:
