I don't know about others, but Sailor moon and One Piece Dubs are disasterous. They cut a lot of good stuff... made One Piece to look like a kindergaren cartoon. They cut all the blood and stuff.

By the way, have you read the original manga? It's even more hardcore than classic anime.
And Beryl there had an actual motive! When she was a human, she was in love with Prince Endymion. But he was already in love with Princess Serenity. So envy in her heart let her to be possessed by evil spirit named Queen Metalia.

Um... i watched it in japanese dub with russian subtibles, and i'm more a fan of the Sailor Moon Manga.
And there she was called Neo Queen Serenity.
I mean, since Sailor Moon is a Princess Serenity, daughter of Queen Serenity. And she became New - Neo Queen Serenity.
And Mamoru - Prince Endymion became King Endymion.
Serena is an american name, which doesn't even represent her original name.
Her name is Usagi Tsukino. And at least in Russian dub we named her Bunny.
Bunny, see? Now that's a fine name! ^_^
Even though Bunny was the only name that was changed...
Though... Queen Beryl was named Queen Perill. And Queen Metaria became King Metal
Let me tell you correct name adaptations that i just made.
Usagi (Serena) Tsukino - Bunny Moonlight
Ami (Amy)Mizuno - Ally Waterson
Rei (Raye) Hino - Spiria Firebird
Makoto (Lita (WTF?!)) Kino - Sincira Thunderwood
Minako (Mina) Aino - Beauty Lovechild
Mamoru (Darien (WAT)) Chiba - Alexander Earthborn (Since Alexander is a name that means defender)
Chibi-Usa (Rini) Tsukino - Little Buny Moonlight.
See? Now that's what i call a good adaptation ^_^
