Accessory: Maternal TunicBackground: Kimona, daughter of Christopher and Netira Pike, and Wife of Doctor Leonard McCoy, had finally gained a baby at around 2286. It would take months for it to be born, however. So, during that time, a specially made maternal tunic was fashioned for her, along with any other pregnant women working in Starfleet. Similar to a regular tunic in that time period, albeit slightly longer from the waist down, and lacking a belt in order to better give her protruded belly more space to breathe; even the skirt's stretchier waistband provided more suitable comfort for Kimona, while she carried her baby aboard the Enterprise-A. Plus, her Nekomeko side suppressed all mood swings, do her Husband Leonard hardly had to worry about that sort of thing ever. Of course, her Daughter Xena wouldn't be born until roundabout 2287, during which the Enterprise had successfully breached the Great Barrier, and discovered Sha Ka Ree. Heck of a beautiful sight for little Xena McCoy to be born to, it's to be said.

With Delita-1 's approval; re-watching "The Final Frontier" earlier inspired me to make up this maternity style version of the Starfleet red tunic in the 2280s, for her OC Kimona Pike, as Delita-1 had decided that she's pregnant during that film. Here's hoping that it looks good enough on her.
