Background: As a part of one of the few founding members of the Federation, one would assume that Sanali would take a position aboard a ship as legendary as the Enterprise, especially given her noble family heritage. But no, not the case. She accepted a more modest position aboard the U.S.S. Cerritos, against her parents' wishes. Serving as a member of the bridge crew, as a senior officer; it's her job to to help maintain a stress free environment amongst the bridge, keeping friends such as Captain Freeman and Doctor T'Ana company, preventing Lieutenant Shaxs from losing TOO much control, and, if at all possible, keep loose cannons such as Ensign Beckett Mariner out of trouble as best she can. She also has a small crush on Chief Engineer Andy Billups, whom also has a royal family heritage of his own, but she won't admit it out loud, of course. Sanali also mentors her younger niece, a female Ensign in the Science division as well, whom resides within the lower decks of the ship with her own friends. Like many other Nekomekos, Sanali possesses the telepathic ability to hypnotise others. But, given her kind hearted nature, she refuses to use it too much, as she fears it's a violation of trust. So she mostly uses this ability when deemed absolutely necessary by the ship's Captain. In her spare time, Sanali enjoys making art, joining fellow senior officers like Shaxs in artistic activities such as pottery. Not only that, but she also practices self defence in the Holodeck on a regular basis, with her childhood friend Commander Jack Ransom.

Yes, it's official. I LOVE Star Trek: Lower Decks! And here's a character I've gone and made up for the Cerritos' senior bridge crew; a female Nekomeko, by the name of Sanali. And yes, I got Delita-1 's permission to make up my own Nekomeko as well. ^.^
