Description
A long-awaited birthday giftart for my bestest bro - his original characters Thomas and Rinslet from his novel series Haystacked Cradle.
The banter between these two is just adorable. Rinslet teasingly calls Thomas her "knave" or her jester frequently. I knew I wanted to draw Rinslet in something Elizabethan (even though that's not the time period of the novels ... OTL it just fit the theme I was going for, okay
). And it was fun drawing Thomas in jester garb. 
And uhhh, I know the hands are funky and the anatomy is not perfect so no critiques, please. :/

Now THIS was a totally awesome surprise the morning I got it! I didn't know what to expect, but as always, I knew I wouldn't be dissapointed.
I've been meaning to do a pic like this, but now I'm not sure I can since you totally nailed it and I just love what you did with the characters! Rinslet, in particular, is awe-strikingly gorgeous.
I really like your color pallette you used for the shot too! It's very warm!
