PERSONALITY:
-Generally quiet in nature, she's fairly shy when you first try talking or interacting with her. Once you get to know her better she's sweet but still a bit quiet in personality though she can be sarcastic when needed. Loyal and protective.
-She can be found wandering around the forests surrounding the palace or in the Royal Gardens singing softly, either a song, or matching bird calls. Alina often just hides away in a corner of the gardens, hiding among tall plants listening to the sounds around her when she's not collecting herbs and plants for medicinal use.
-Though shy, she can't help but try and help someone who likes like they need it, physically or mentally, which often gets her into trouble, or puts her in danger.

HISTORY:
Summary:Alina's generally been alone for most of her life, as both of her parents were killed in battle when she was young (something she won't talk about, unless you know her really well). Before they died, her mother had taught her to sing, wanting her daughter to be more than a ruthless warrior. After they died, she was taken in by a medic, who found her looking lost in the streets, and learned to heal, rather than fight.

-As a child Alina lived a fairly normal life with her parents who were around most of the time when not on duty as warriors. As she got older her father wanted to teach her to fight, convinced she'd need the skills but her mother firmly refused, insisting she didn't want her daughter to grow up and take the job of a warrior, instead teaching her daughter how to sing. One day while out on patrol, there was a skirmish and both of Alina's parents were killed. The news didn't sink in for awhile and she didn't leave the house until a week later.

-Alina wandered the streets for a month and one day an older, lonely healer took her in, sympathizing the young girl.
Eventually Alina started trusting the healer and he taught her the basics at first, figuring she'd leave once she could, though as the months went on, Alina decided she'd stay and learn from the healer, since she'd respect her mothers wish not become a warrior, so she learned to do the opposite. Heal instead of Destroy.

She's afraid of falling in love, not wanting someone close to her torn from her life again.
One other reason, besides being a dragon, for living in Elavernis is she likes most flowers and almost always has a vase of them sitting on a table or dresser.
Even though she's a dragon gijinka, she didn't want to become a warrior, for personal reasons, preferring to help with the injured. As a result, she's fast, but doesn't know how to fight.
She has a pathetic sense of direction, getting lost easily in places she's been through before.
