Description One of my greatest friends left yesterday to study in another state T_T. Last Friday night she had a party on her house, so i decided to draw something for her. I made one of those things that u use to separate a page in a book, one side has Mustang and the other side has Edo, Why? Because we never grew up XD and we still like to play the characters of anime xD She is Mustang and im Edo xDDD jajaja im really going to miss her!!! Who's going to call me a shrimp and going to be chased by me for half an hour? xD

I wish I knew people in real life that drew anime and would just like, sit down and teach me as I think it'd make everything easier. Who taught you, if you don't mind me asking? I'm currently trying to teach myself.. The outcome is slow, but it's progressing.

Well i started teaching myself too. I used to be a huge fan of Sailor Moon and i had like, hundreds of magazines, so i decided start copying the characters. With time i stopped copying and doing fanart, until i was able to do my own characters. It took me some time actually! jajaja XD and i still have trouble with male characters xD but observation of the real world is really important too! If u cannot imagine how something would look like of move in the real world you will have some trouble at drawing XD Try seaching for tutorials! Sometimes watching how someone does their anime characters helps to develop your own style

Omg, I still love Sailor Moon. xD.
I got taught the basics of how to draw her when I was what, 8 or 9, maybe? Well, anyway, the drawings were quite crappy but I kept at it and now my Sailor Moon face is a whole lot better than it was when I was younger. I can't draw any of the other characters.. But I'll learn someday, I hope.

I like to copy others artwork too, like off magazines and all that.. I don't struggle too much with that.. Just drawing my own characters is the hard part.. Also I have a little trouble with hair and whatnot.. And yeah, I'm trying to follow tutorials because they're awesome and one of the reasons that I decided to sign up with DA in the first place. ^^

But someday, I will find a person that'll teach me in real life how to draw Anime. Until then, magazines and pictures will just have to do. xP
