Whoa, this looks amazing! I had been wanting to comment on this for a while now, especially since I don't remember seeing any acrylic stuff from you (at least not that I remember XDDD)
Anyway I am so loving the concept, and even if I don't know Storm as well as you do, the masks and jester cap coupled with his expression almost make it look as if he's putting on an act for everyone, but he will show his true colours for select few people... sorry if my interpretations are way out there but that's what popped into my head upon seeing this.
Storm himself is so pretty! I love how his blue eyes are so full of life and vivacity and he seems so at peace with the world. Definitely a contrast from his costume there. XD And ohmygosh YOUR SHADING <3 I especially love the extra touch of the hair shadow gracing his neck like that <333

Actually, I don't know why I depicted him as smiling in a Jester outfit. He hates being the jester, and he is definitely not at peace w/ the world. XDD
