Her feet are abnormal and she has a 3rd eye but it only opens when its needed, Angelite has the ability to stun with eye contact, and it only works for 3 seconds, that power was passed on to the fusion..

This fusion is based mostly on Angelite's and Fluorite's combined speeds. Extra limbs would just get in the way and weigh her down.
So this fusion is very quick on its feet.
