I love cows, they're such cute, big, calm and curios animals
Taken in Valldal on the west coast of Norway.
Post-Processing
Adjusted the contrast, turned up the vibrance a bit and cropped the picture to a thinner format in camera raw. Added a channel mixer layer (not checked for monochrome) set to soft light (50%), a black and white layer set to soft light (40%), a black and white layer (only on the sky), set to overlay (60%) and a black and white layer (only on the cow) set to overlay (50%). Added a frame.

It was a pretty lucky shot, even though I did hope it would be curious enough to stretch it's head out like that (standing closer than a meter to a big cow watching it come closer to you through a camera lens is a bit scary by the way

I've turned up the contrast and the vibrance in photoshop, cropped it a bit to get it narrower and added a frame. Everything else is like it was when I shot it
