That's right! My latest model is none other than the keeper of decency and morality for the Muppets, Sam the Eagle. Sam proudly stands 11 inches tall and he features some new materials and techniques for one of my models, like using terrycloth for his body. Despite my love of the Muppets, the only Muppet model I've made before now was Big Bird, and that was several years ago. So it was fun to finally make another Muppet character...and yet another bird.

And, of course, I had to post him on the 4th of July. Posting him on any other day would have been distinctly unpatriotic.
