I don't think there's a proper routine on how many times. Personally I wash my wigs around 3 times of use.

What temperature is the straight iron set on?

Sadly my hair iron doesn't have that setting, it's always on one temperature only, I dunno what sadly. Although, usually heat resistant wigs can take upto 180 degrees. just be careful coz you might end up melting em XD
