I don't think there's a proper routine on how many times. Personally I wash my wigs around 3 times of use.

What temperature is the straight iron set on?

Sadly my hair iron doesn't have that setting, it's always on one temperature only, I dunno what sadly. Although, usually heat resistant wigs can take upto 180 degrees. just be careful coz you might end up melting em XD

Are you going to be doing more tutorials like this? if so could you do one about just washing a short cosplay wig?

Washing is easy, usually you just soak the wig in shampoo or conditioner and rub it gently before soaking it to fabric conditioner
