Did ya ever try messing with the light sliders mid-render? It lets you turn the intensity of the shadows up and down (barely visible shadows VS pitch black ones) until you're satisfied.

I did a bit, but I was only using 1 light, the softbox light, so there wasn't much to play with. I'm getting there though especially with the help from some of the people on DA, including yourself. So thanks for that.

Nice beautiful face, I especially like the lips. Everytime I see your pictures, some sort of image and feeling comes to mind about being in a situation like that, I imagine thoughts would be swirling in his head like a turbulent storm.
