Yep, a new Cuphead OC. This one's called Wilma V. Hoodoo. She's basically a witch using voodoo. She's based on an old popular belief from Guadeloupe. It's about a woman with a long dress who's looking for men to seduce. First, she brings you to some place where your screams can't be noticed. Then, she reveals her horse leg and you understand you're going to be kidnapped by a sort of demon.

Now you know where the idea comes from, let's talk about Wilma herself. Usually, she hides her left eye behind a mask. Her eye allows her to see other people's soul, ghosts and other invisible things. She also has the ability to separate a soul from his body. She can't take it, just exctract it. She owes a boutique in Isle Three where she "helps" people finding a solution to their problem. And most of the time the solution involves a rite, a potion or going to a certain casino...
