It's amazing to me how some shots can be just ok when on the computer, but absolutely stellar when made into a print. this one, for example, is on my wall and it looks beautiful, but it's just ok when I look at it on the computer.This is just an upload to say that I'll be in Florida shooting soon, so there will be many more waterbirds to come!

the focus on the bird was nice since it was really on the center...i also love the lighting since it was morning which makes the picture brighter and focused...

I LOVE COLOR SHOTS THIS CLEAR! Especially when they're animals! Loving this! 
I love how close it is because you can see all the little details on the pelican. This lighting for this picture is in a great spot too which gives the pelican a good look.

Nope no telephoto lens used here... hardly any zoom at all actually. The rest is a secret! No not really, actually I'm not sure how I get so close to the birds I shoot, somehow I just can!
