The 1st Disney villain cupcake I made- the sea witch Ursula! Despite her confident and somewhat evil smile, this grape-flavored cupcake is "saintly" sweet and topped with simple whipped cream. Of course this villainess wouldn't be complete without her seashell necklace and earrings. Now is that tentacle beckoning you over or just waving hi?
