I like this so much, I hope you do not mind if I give it a little critique from a designing perspective. 

Hair: I like how you kept it in the same style but with the blue bangs, it's such a gorgeous shade that makes her eyes pop. 

Face: The added darkness around her eyes and with lightly colored lips once again makes her eyes pop making her look more beautiful than she already is.
Top: It looks like she took an old shirt and cut the sleeves off which I like, I however do not see her being the type of person to show her bra for everyone to see and the vest seems a bit random to me. 

Pants: Her pants are freaking awesome ,  easily my favorite part of her outfit. I love the two toned look , the suspenders is a nice touch too. 

Shoes: I like the untied shoe laces but I'm not a fan of how the boots look, I think her sneakers would have looked better with this outfit. 

Accessories:  My " problem" is the earring , I love it as a tribute but maybe it would work better with the tattoo, so it'd be a butterfly and a feather , the checkered bracelet is cool though. 

Overall: While it's a bit extreme so was the whole game and I could see Max changing her look after everything that happened. So overall I think the end result turned out great and I hope you keep up the good work .

Excellent work! I also think Max would have dyed her hair after the Save Arcadia Bay ending, and the butterfly tattoo is perfect.
