I never really felt the need to expose that kind of thing on internet but i just feel like today is the day.
As it's pride month (even though we should be proud all year) i wanted to tell something I've never even told to my parents, I'm a lesbian wheeeee!

I'm so lucky to have a family who'll never judge me. I never revealed that to my parents because we're not that type of close and we never talk about love/relationship.. but i know they'll love me no matter what.
I kinda discovered that at the end of middle school, i was feeling uncomfortable around boys and when my best friend (girl) asked me out i said yes yes! yes!! It was 6 or 7 years ago, we're not going out together anymore but i spent the best time of my life with her.

In high school I met the most toxic and homophobic person, he was my best friend, super caring, he loved video games and animes and was always here for me. I trusted him so much i told him i liked girls and he started revealing his true nature.
He told me i was disgusting, a monster, he said he'll heal me from my "disease", he'll take me to the psychiatric hospital so i can be "straight and normal" again. He said i had stupid thoughts in my head and he said he knew me better than myself and he knew i wasn't gay.
He said "but you can't be lesbian if you're so close with me!! trust me, i know you're not gay"

It hurt so much, i just told him to get out of my life and never talk to me anymore.
He harassed me for months, coming at my house, calling me 20 times a day.
I was just worried something bad would happen to me.

Last year i joined a gay pride parade for the first time, and felt like i was part of something, surrounded by LGBT+ people and supporters.

No i'm not sick
No it's not a phase
No you don't know me better than I do

Always be respectful, what people are or believe in have nothing to do with you (as long as it's not racist..)
