Riku told Fay all about the organisation, Xemnas their leader and what they are trying to do. He also explained that the white creatures that attacked her were called Nobodies.
"So you see, the organisation control the Nobodies. And Organisation XIII are Nobodies themselves."
Faylenne took this all in. So many things she didn't know! She was bursting with other questions but she kept silent and listened.

"How did you end up in there castle?", Riku then asked.
Fay told him what happened as best as she could.
"Hmm", Riku looked thoughtful.
"Now it's time to tell me who you are", she said smiling
He smiled back and explained that he doesn't actually look like he does at the moment. Fay was confused and was about to say something but Riku said,
"Just let me explain and you'll know what i mean".
He went on talking. He told her of his friends Sora and Kairi and the defeat of Ansem, an evil man who was a Heartless.
"His name isn't actually Ansem", he added. "His true name is Xehanort. That man was Xehanorts Heartless".

Riku then explained how Heartless and Nobodies come about when someone loses a heart. It happened to Sora, although he got his heart back. So to help Sora get his other half back - which is in his Nobody - Riku had to give in to the darkness.
"And by doing that, i was turned into what i am now. I am what Xehanorts Heartless looks like", he concluded.
Fay was shocked. She had overwhelming sympathy for him. Riku noticed her sad expression and smiled.
"I'm ok...i can live with it. Ah, and i forgot. Are you willing to tell me your name or have i not convinced you enough yet", he mused.
She laughed.
"I think you've definitely convinced me. I am Faylenne. You can call me Fay".

Meanwhile, in the organisations castle, Xemnas, their Superior was in deep thought. He gazed up at the heart-shaped moon - Kingdom Hearts. He was thinking about Faylenne.
"That girl....could she really be....?", he said to himself. It was unlikely but he had to make sure, so he summoned Saix. He came and walked up to him and stood at his side.
"Is something wrong, Xemnas?", he asked
"That young girl that escaped from us....."
Saix looked expectantly at his Superior.
"Find her for me....."
