Her design was quite unique for an new front stage 'background' character, very distinctive. I wonder if she's an upper middle class or upper class pony, if she keeps gems in her hair like that? Ponyville was founded by Earth ponies, so its possible for the town to have more rich characters than just Filthy Rich. Heh, it'd be an interesting back history to explore! Maybe she and that tall blue stallion know each other outside of the quartet?
