Now that Elil the Fang has taken over the Talonbait clan, we're holding a special auction to help fill the clan's ranks! Plus, we're celebrating the new addition of more real life animal inspiration for Nombekos - say hello to coyotes, african wild dogs, badgers and more!
This will be a special prompt plus a character profile auction, meaning we need both a completed prompt and an in-depth profile for the design you are trying out for! All of these designs must be used for the Talonbait clan in Nombeko and, while you are free to decide the gender and personality of the character, loyalty to the clan is a hard requirement! Please be sure to read Talonbait Clan 101 and Nombeko - Herd Journal for a complete picture of how the clan works and functions.
Who can bid on these designs?
Anyone! Whether you are new to Anomalous looking to snag your first mutant or are a veteran looking to snag a new character, these designs are looking for their forever home.
How will this auction be judged?
As stated before, any bids for these characters requires both a completed special prompt AND a complete, detailed character profile. Please see the ANOMALOUS CHARACTER PROFILE FORM section of the Character Creation Journal . Bids that do not have both a prompt and a profile will immediately be discarded, regardless of how fabulous what you have submitted is. Please be sure to read Talonbait Clan 101 and Nombeko - Herd Journal for a complete picture of how the clan works and functions.

Describe a scar or other injury on your Talonbait and tell the story of how they got it!

Note that while mutations and designs for these guys are set, you are allowed to purchase Salamander Rewards to stack on top of the designs! If you would like to add a token to one of these characters, simply include a note at the top of the profile submission about what reward/token you intend to add on top of the design. If you win the character, we will process the transaction upon the reference's gallery submission.
What can I do with this character if I win?
What can't you do is the more appropriate question! While these characters must be loyal Talonbaits to their clan, if you win one of these nombekos you are free to RP them as you would any other character.
When does this auction end?
This auction will run for a full month, four weeks, so that everyone has time to ready an entry. That means it ends on Cinco De Mayo! Entries submitted after midnight PST on May 5th will not be considered. There will be no extensions on the due date!
