Description I figured I was due for a photo from Japan.

I took this one while on an 8km hike between Tsumago and Magome in Gifu Prefecture last October. The hike was a popular post route during the Edo period and quite the nice trek.

This basket of harvested red chilli peppers was sitting outside someone's house. It was too beautiful not to snap a picture.

(Just to note - Photoshop was NOT used to enhance the colour in this photo. Nature does a good enough job on her own, IMO.)

Wow!! And u know what... WOW!! If I could fave this more than once I would!! this is strikingly beautiful. I love all the warm and vibrant colors. The contrast of the leaves against the hot red chillies, the basket with the pomegranates, u really captured a wonderful shot here. Anyone would think this was actually a still life u set up. To know that u just happen to see this out in the street, it's crazy!! But u know, I think my favorite part of this picture are the little yellow flowers on the upper right corner.

Really, I can't pick which of ur shots I've seen so far I like most.
U really are amazing!

Thanks so much I really can't take any credit for setting up the shot. I just aligned it in the frame hahaha
