This is for lashanathao 's 3fa contest. This dress is inspired by a quasar. You may ask what is a quasar? well i shall tell you what one is. Quasars, or qausi-stellar radio sources, are low light really really big stars that give off raido frequencies. They are very far away from earth and look like stars in the sky the most famous one is in the Virgo constelation. Quasars are thought to be the centers of gallaxies because they are so big. Many astronomers believe that quasars are the most distant objects yet detected in the Universe. Quasars give off enormous amounts of energy - they can be a trillion times brighter than the Sun! Quasars are believed to produce their energy from massive black holes in the center of the galaxies in which the quasars are located. Because quasars are so bright, they drown out the light from all the other stars in the same galaxy. But because they are so far away you can't see them with your eyes on earth. That is why they are read because scientists typically study them with an heatsensor telescope. Thus the answer to the famous red dwarf question why are they red?

This is done with prisma markers and india ink on paper that bleeds way way too much. My hands are properly dirty and i need a bath now.

The dress is an aysemetrical "v" cut with a mermai style skirt. The sleeves flutter around the sholders and down the chest and meet at the waist. It would be made out of Silk satin.. but would also look lovely with lots of chiffon layers instead... but i haven't mastered the fluffy look with markers yet so just imagine this with tons of fluttery fabric if you want.
