Description
We ate in this amazing restaurant in Paris. I can't remember what it was called, but it had a ton of gramophones, old posters and a honky tonk upright piano. The piano had a small window in which you could see the hammers!
My 40-ish classmates noticed me playing piano in a hotel earlier in the trip, so they urged me to go play in the restaurant with a fellow pianist. Turned out he was a huge Ghibli fan, and we ended up playing a bunch of Joe Hisaishi tunes together <3

This photo was taken on a terrace above the restaurant. After spending the whole day walking around the city and Montmartre, we climbed eight flights of stairs to get a spectacular view of Paris by night.
