From what I can remember, a lot of dodging and burning, and then added a texture on top and set the blend mode to...overlay (I think, don't quote me on this as it was an age ago!) and then vignette

omg that sounds sooooo complicating. i havent even mastered the basics of photoshop yet. so im not one to judge. thanks

Just keep practising, you'll get used to it It might seem like lots to learn but you'll get there - just read lots of the online tutorials available to you and mess around
