This is extremely beautiful and has no major flaws.
I see what you were trying to do with the white background and elegantly dressed woman. It gives the picture a cold and stunning appearance.
You did an excellent job on creating the dress, it's really something different; it has the appearance of ice and snow, and the sleeves look like icicles (definitely not something I've seen before.). The picture reminds me of The Chronicles of Narnia.
The picture looks very real. There's nothing to really improve in this part.
The picture made me think of fantasy, magic, elegance, and winter.
