Description
NOW OPEN TO THE PUBLIC:YES you can use the map
NO you can not use it exclusively
YES you have to share it with any others who download it
NO there is no land claiming
HOWEVER you should play fair and give groups some space to act out their RP
No edits were made as I can't open the files on FH! So we're stuck with the exported files. This means the glitchy den is still in there, along with remnants of the old RP. Beware, not lag friendly.

Finished the first installment of The Shards map for the
Gem and Metalwalkers RP.
I still need to add in separate maps for homes, but I figure this map is large enough for now. It had tons of lag ealier, then suddenly had none at all - not sure what is up with that, but maybe it means I can thicken the forest in a later update.
One strange glitch I noticed was the lake in the forest disappears at certain angles. I'm not sure how to fix that...
Objects and textures used belong to Kovu, Deafosho, Drek, and Hammilton.
Map belongs to myself.

lol Yes, that was a while ago; it used to be a private map for an RP, but that RP is disbanded. The map is now public, though everyone must be respectful of other users.

Yes, that's one problem with making maps on my computer, because I end up making them so large with so many objects - which doesn't lag for me, but then nobody else can use them.

hmm i would try this downsizing your maps or using basic objects rather then special ones. my friend on fh uses basic objects most of the time because one hey rarely lag and two you can make anything if you play around with the objects a bit. my map usually end up liek this. lets see. goes to make le map- exports it send it firends a week later. map height terrain derps and map stops working. i make them too big sometimes and they end up not working ocasionally.

me wants to know out of curiousity. when you made the map it wa private why the sudden change to public did chu finish the rp. I am just curious sorry it's just puzzling to me. and derp omg i had maps that wouldn't edit everytime i edited them or tried to they stopped working so it's good know i'm not the only person to ahve that issue.

Amazing! I love it! How were you able to get more then 3 terrain masks on there?

You can have up to 6 terrains. Just make your two of your usual terrain masks, with red, blue, and green for each. Then in MapMaker, when you're choosing terrain, you can click the arrow over to the 4th terrain and put in the filename of your second mask.

The files stay that size, but when you're in MapMaker you can change the width and height.
