Someone here asked if I can create my own take of other 60's Batman villains after seeing my King Tut and Egghead. So I did

Clifford Robertson was someone from a family that was not very exciting or unique. From an early age, he would play up that one of his ancestors was one of the most skilled gunslingers during the time of settlers and the wild west. This got him enough fame and fortune to bring back cowboys into style. But slowly people began to look into Clifford's ancestry, resulting in him taking them out as the truth would lead to him being framed as a complete Shame. The more people tried to find the truth about Clifford, the harder he went to bury it away. The truth would eventually come out through Batman and Robin, resulting him forever being known as the Shame. And from that point on, he would go on to do schemes that become harder to deduce if what he said is a shame or not.
