XD I think Blues is either in the corner somewhere crying in humiliation, or is plotting a bloody revenge on bubble man. Of course there would be only one net navi short and fat enough to make Blues look like that if they tried to imitate him.
And Rockman's reaction is just what I'd expect it to be, extremely shocked. XD
Ahh, and who can forget Searchman? I love the way they made him look in EXE, the first time he showed up, I was like O_O *pauses episode and stares for a few minutes* SQUEE! He's epic!

I usually look on mangafox, but the section on Rockman EXE is pathetically incomplete. They only have a few chapters from the fifth volume, that's it.

Yeah I figured that, I was just making a joke about it since they're net navis, and since they're basically made of pixels, they just have really detailed violence graphics. XD
