Well, that's what's behind his words - i don't know who i am anymore. Cuz he stated he was human, or wanted to be, but did something that can not be called so, instead of being with bro that cared about him, he had chosen to fight using devil trigger that driven him mad. That's kinda sad,especially in DLC when it shown how Vergil felt after. Betrayed, forsaken, misunderstood. Game itself was really fun, but DLC depressing. I liked both very much

Devil May Cry 1-3 still have the title concept. Sadly, Dante never shed tears in DMC4 or 5, and the ending is....well, you know....

Let me help you with the list:

DMC: Dante cried when he thought Trish died. Trish cried, even being a demon, because she acquired a human heart (Dante explains that to her).
DMC2: Lucia cries near the ending, because she wants to sacrifice herself ('I'm just a demon, I'm expendable'). Dante stops her and says: 'Devils never cry', pointing out her humanity.
DMC3: Dante cried... and damn... that was the most heart-wrenching moment in the whole franchise. Lady uses for the first time the words 'devil may cry' in her famous speech: 'Even a devil may cry when he loses a loved one...'
DMC4: Nero cried inside the Savior, because he felt powerless... Dante didn't need to cry, he wasn't actually involved in this case, but he had to after Credo died and made him promise he would help Nero (and Kyrie). Nevertheless, the main protagonist here being Nero, it's more logical that heΒ is the one who has to cryΒ (again, tears points his humanity).

its sucks how Ninja Theory ruin this games series. =-=, i played DMC5, but...meh...i cant bring myslf to like the new dante . (altough DmC5Vergil is more...expresive, he's much more bitchy ,egoist, weak, and childish comapared to dmc3Vergil.
the battle feature, skill, and awesome detailed background (like Limbo City) is awesome (give two thumbs up) , but for character design, personality or story plot....is 4 thumbs down for me. (i hate u ninja theory)

Ceiferizaya, I agree that the gameplay of the DmC Reboot is actually pretty good. Definitely not DMC3-level, that's for sure, but certainly not the worst gameplay in the series.

I mostly agree with you. For me, that game is just a pile of fail after fail...
Character design and evolution: poor
Gameplay Mechanics: fail (compared to DMC3 gameplay specially)
Story: fail
Enemies AI: fail
Weapons: poor
The only 'mildly good' thing are the graphics. But we know that 'good graphics only' doesn't make a good game.
