They’d been dating for less than two weeks or so the first time they had an argument, it was about telling people that they were a couple, both of them didn’t really know if they even wanted anyone else to know yet but when they got on the topic, they ended up snapping at each other and arguing about if people should know yet, Kurt had blown up, telling Blaine that maybe no one needed to know cause they might not hold long enough for people to need to know about them. He’d left after that and they’d both cried themselves to sleep. They hadn’t spoken for a little above a day when Rachel dragged Blaine into the Glee-room in the lunch break.
Rachel pushed Blaine inside and shut the door so he was trapped in the room.

“Hey,” a familiar voice sounded from the piano. Kurt.
Blaine smiled weakly at him, “hey,” he responded.

He waited for Kurt to say something else, but instead, he started playing slowly, not even looking towards Blaine.
“It's a little bit funny, this feeling inside” Kurt started singing softly and Blaine recognized the song instantly.

Kurt continued singing, first looking up at Blaine when he joined in for the chorus, their eyes locked on each other and they were both crying at the last verse.
“How wonderful life is now you're in the world” Kurt whispered the last sentence, looking apologizing at Blaine.

“I’m sorry” Blaine said softly, moving quickly to sit next to Kurt at the piano bench where he pulled him into a tight embrace.
“No, I’m the one who should apologize” Kurt whispered into his shoulder, for a brief moment, not caring about both of them ruining each other’s clothes with their salty tears.
“I want people to know about us, I want to show the entire world that I don’t care about them and that you mean the world to me, but at the same time, I’m so scared to lose you and I just want you for myself.” Kurt admitted, and pulled a bit away from Blaine so they were able to look each other in the eyes.
“Me too” Blaine murmured, “but you won’t get away from me that easily, you see Kurt Elizabeth Hummel, I love you too much to let go.”
Kurt wanted to laugh of happiness, “I don’t care anymore, let them all see if they want,” he pecked Blaine’s lips softly “I love you too btw.”

“You guys are the cutest!” Rachel exclaimed from the door opening, making both boys blush a deep red.
“Go away Rach!” Kurt laughed and poked out his tongue at her, she laughed again.
“Just saying” she chuckled and left the room.
Kurt turned to Blaine again and laughed as he noticed how flustered the younger boy was.

“I hope you don’t mind, I hope you don’t mind, that I put down in words, how wonderful life is, now you’re in the world” Kurt sang softly and kissed Blaine again.
