Ok TheKurejiNeko , here is my contest entry for your kit contest!

I think I was supposed to write a short story as well, so here goes:

Torrentkit paced impatiently outside of the nursery. She looked around the clearing. The daily hustle and bustle in the camp had continued after the attack. She still shivered. The hawk had been so close... So close. Just moments before, her Clan had gone quiet, they had hidden in the shadows and screeched at their kits to do so too. Emberkit and Torrentkit had been playing at the centre of camp, enjoying themselves in the afternoon sunlight. When they heard their mother call it was almost too late. The hawk had swooped down, it's claws had raked Emberkit's back, trying to get a grip on his soft kitten fur. Torrentkit had leapt at the hawk, she was determined not to let the hawk take her brother. The hawks claws had dug into Emberkit's body, Torrentkit had dragged him out of the hawk's grasp, but now the hawk's talons closed around Torrentkit. Fear consumed her, and then her mother and father were fighting off the hawk and it was flapping away. Torrentkit had nothing but a few cuts. But Emberkit was bleeding all over. Petalstorm had told them to wait outside while the medicine cat check Emberkit in the nursery. That's when Torrentkit had began pacing. She needed to know her brother would be ok. Frustration built inside her and she let out a quiet growl. Frostkit looked over. Torrentkit shot him a glare and Frostkit returned to his business. Crowsong emerged from the nursery. He nodded at Torrentkit.
She rushed inside. Her brother's flank was covered in bandages and he looked tired. She now realized how tired she was and lay down beside him, putting her head on him back to protect him from any more hawks that might swoop in. Sparkkit and Frostkit entered the nursery and curled up with them. The four kits drifted off to sleep.
