It was an nice day at the elemental dojo, and Liam and Jack are teaching their students to do some yoga. "Alright, remember to breathe in and breathe out from you nose, and make sure you can hear the waves." Liam said as the waves play in the background. "And Make sure there is no talking at all." Jack whispered as the students try to focus on doing yoga. Some of the students did some different poses such as the tree pose and the boat pose. Minutes later, the timer goes off, meaning their yoga session has been finished. "Looks like our Yoga session is now finished. What do you think of it?" Liam asked. "I think it's so relaxing because it makes my mind relaxed and forget about the bad stuff happening like that virus that got us in our last computer session." The first student said. "I also agree with you as well there." The second student said. "Alright, that our class to today, see you all next time!" Jack said as every student went out of the elemental dojo. "That session sure looks relaxing for us Jack!" Liam said. "Speaking of that, maybe someone can do the yoga session with us as well!" Jack said. Then, the phone came to ring. "Oh, looks like someone wants to do the yoga session with us, I better answer the phone to find out." Liam said as he picks up the phone. "Hello and welcome to my elemental dojo! This is Liam speaking, how can I help you?" Liam asked, and it was Diego that answered the Phone. "Hey Liam, it's glad to see you, but I want to ask you if you are free today." Diego said. "Oh yes, I am free today because I have finished my Session with my students doing yoga." Liam said. "Oh, you are free for Yoga? Oh that's awesome! Let me just get my Bandana and I will be ready to do the Yoga session with you! See you there!" Diego said as he gets ready to to do some yoga with Liam. "Alright, see you!" Liam said as they finished with the call. "So, that must be Diego coming to our yoga session! Oh I am so excited to visit him!" Jack said. "Same here, but let's get yoga session tidy before he comes." Liam said as they decided to clean the Yoga session by removing the dust and removing the mud on the floor with the mop. "Alright, I think we have got everything sorted, now we will wait for Diego to arrive!" Jack said as they waited for Diego to come into the elemental dojo. Just then, they could hear an knock, meaning that Diego is here. "Oh, looks like Diego has came, better open the door for him!" Liam said as Liam opens the door to let Diego in. "Hello there Liam and Jack, I'm sure am ready to do some yoga!" Diego said. "You sure are, and I can see that you got an Bandana on your head, making it more like you are at the Gym!" Jack said. "Of course Jack, now can you take me to the Yoga room so we can do some Yoga?" Diego asked. "Sure, just follow us, we have cleaned for you because you like stuff being clean right?" Liam asked. "Yep, and if I can see anything that is shiny and clean, I would make my eyes go glitter just like silver!" Diego said. Liam and Jack laughed. "Same for us as well, but let's take you to the yoga session so we can do some yoga." Jack said as they went to the elemental yoga room. In the elemental yoga room, Diego was amazed that this place has the view of the sea. "Woah, that looks so amazing to watch, and also relaxing as well!" Diego said. "Well, it's not just any view, it can also change scenes like the volcano, so watch this!" Liam said as he flickers through the scenes like the volcano scene and the nature scene. Then he went the scene back to the ocean scene. "Woah, it's like an monitor and an scene you got there!" Diego said. "Yep, but the problem is sometimes it can be expensive for everyone, but for us, we got it for free." Jack said. "Yes, but enough of the talk, let's do some yoga shall we? Just stand on the mat and I will turn on the relaxing music, so get ready whenever you are." Liam said as Diego and Jack stand on the yoga mat while Liam turns on the music. "Ok, the music is on, let's get ready to so some yoga training!" Liam said as he also goes on the yoga mat as well. They started to so yoga poses like the tree pose and the warrior pose. They also take some deep breaths and feel the fresh air in their body. They made some other yoga poses like the balancing pose to make them balance more and try not to fall. Once the minutes has been passed, it's time for the challenge, to meditate and also keep focus. "Ok, next is we can do some meditation, so lets sit on the floor and cross our legs." Liam said as they begin to sit on the floor and cross their legs. They also closed their eyes and listened to the waves for ten minutes. After ten minutes has been passed, they open their eyes and begin to stand up. "Wow, I feel much relaxed now! Thank you very much Liam and Jack!" Diego said. "That's no problem Diego, so do you want to learn an new element?" Jack asked. Then, Diego's alarm went off, meaning he's got an sword lesson with his students. "Well, not right now because I got an sword training session with the others, so I will go back to the elemental dojo next time when I visit." Diego said. "I see, well see you next time Diego!" Liam said as They waved to Diego and Diego leaves the elemental dojo. "So, what do you want to do next Liam?" Jack asked. "Well, we can do more Yoga if you like. It will keep us entertained and relaxed." Liam said. Jack really liked Liam's idea. "Sure, lets continue on with our Yoga!" Jack said as they begin to do some Yoga again.
