Description
Another of my original characters done by the amazingly talented This is Corine of Stymphalos.

Corine lives in a fictionalized version of Ancient Greece, where the famous legends of Greek Mythology are all true. Corine is the daughter of a Spartan soldier and an Amazon warrior from Themyscira, and all her life wanted to be a great hero like the people in the stories she heard as a child. So after saving her home city from a flock of monstrous, steel feathered birds, she made the feathers into a cloak and set off to see herself become legend.

One of her more recent adventures saw her coming across a grove in the wilderness, complete with an inviting spring and trees filled with delicious fruit. Had she known that this was the Grove of Demeter, goddess of nature and fertility, maybe she would have left without a second thought. Yet, she found herself partaking of the magical fruit and bathing in the spring. Not only that but during her stay, that famous horn dog Zeus descended into the grove looking for a good time with Demeter. Instead he found a beautiful mortal woman.

So after a night of 'worshipping' the King of the Gods, Corine finds herself expecting a whole litter of demigods. Not only that, but she has earned the scorn of Hera, Zeus's wife and goddess of childbirth. So our lovely expectant heroine won't give birth to her children until she is back in Hera's good graces. That's the Gods for ya!
