Description Quick coloured picture of Dratini using the smudge tool which failed completely. There wasn't originally a pink background, it was supposed to be transparent but I think it looks okay.

Nice work you've done Lil, I like addition of sparkles on the picture, one minor crit however is that the shading looks a little smudgy in places but it was a quick pic so it is understandable.
