No, I didn't use the fill bucket for this, I don't know why it's actually gone like this. It shouldn't of, but Gimp took forever to save it so maybe it went a bit wrong? I've uploaded pieces before that have done this and some that should have a transparent background which didn't work after I uploaded it but did when I saved it.

Maybe it went weird when it converted it?
If it didn't have those white outlines when you'd made the picture maybe you should have saved it as a JPEG at 100% quality.
That usually doesn't mess pictures up.
Oh, I've figured out how to make your background transparent.
Just save the work as a gif.
But that DOES screw up the quality (my kawaii work for example).

For a quicky i'd say its pretty cool work you've done, and i've known Ekans is snake backwards since I was a kid in school back when Pokemon started.
