I feel you.. :< if you can get raw honey made by local bees (if anyone sells that??) I take a table spoon in my tea or use it as a spread on a biscuit or somethin it helps keep the allergies at bay for me.

Join the snot nosed club. My family and I just got our stuff packed up (moving/military) and the dust certainly made it's presence known.
I feel for ya.

Quercitin! Google it, it's supposed to help with allergies! My sister takes it and it helps her.

Allergies suck.
You could try taking allergy medicine (easily available from shops) if it's something in your environment.
I take medicine for my allergy to perfumes, aftershave, deodorant, etc. and it helps (I'm still a snotty mess, but at least I don't have a chesty cough, so that's good).

I have this problem my whole life. What are you reacting to? Food or environment?

Powodzenia!

Ah, I'm not sure if they have it there or not, but the medication that helps me the most with allergies like that is "Zyrtec", it's an over the counter. It helps without making you drowsy or causing any problems. They're 24 hour tabs, so one in the morning and you'll be set until the day after!
That's one of the only medications that help my wide range of allergies, so I hope it's available to help you too!!!

Zgłoś sie do swojego lekarza, niech Ci wypisze lek zwany "Cezera". Polecam.

Ugh, I feel you. Got a new septum piercing and allergies. Not a fun combo. Best thing I've used is a generic decongestant (like the cheaper version of mucinex). It's been the only thing that keeps me from constant sniffles. Tried claritin and the other allergy meds but they didn't work as well for me.

Mucinex (and it's generic version) work so well! But here's the ironic part... I'm allergic to it XD

You can purchase cheap non drowsy 24 hour allergy medication at just about any store. It really helps with my allergies. I can even find it at my local dollar store, and it works the same.
