I think drawings done when young show a very artistic beginning.
Thank you though, Its more of a modern shoe drawing Ide say.
I saw some old shoe sketches from a Yale Art book and was inspired to do one of those, only with modern shoes. :]

What a fun little contour line composition! I love the minimal use of colour and the flat effect. the rounded edges are a great touch, too.

What is it that everyone loves about them?

I honestly dont know. Converse have been around forever it seems.
They were made for Basketball games and such, no one wears them for basketball much anymore, I dont think.

They add a certian style to your wardrobe I suppose. :]

They look...trashy.

I don't think anyone would wear them if they weren't associated with music. =/

A government consiracy? You mean the whole theory of the first landing being shot in a Hollywood studio?
Really hard to know what to believe these days..

Ascenterra In reply to Lilluart [2006-12-08 11:09:01 +0000 UTC]

No, I actually don't mean that one.

There's ANOTHER conspiracy that involves the moon being just a satellite, or a giant floating nuclear weapon.

There are people that think that the moon doesn't even exist.

the moon not existing then that would create a lot of conflicts with the tidal patterns now wouldn't it? lol people make up the craziest conspiracies
