Honestly I don't really remember this anime, I watched it a very long time ago and my memory is really bad too
I watched every episode and draw each new outfit/hairstyle I saw, but I don't remember this uniform ~_~, maybe I missed one episode, or maybe another season came out and I didn't knew XD

That's okay,the uniform was in the disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya or Suzumiya Haruhi no Shoushitsu,its a really cute uniform.It's a super good movie.If you haven't watched it,what are you waiting for?!lol.Its in Japanese and English.But its like two and a half hours xP.It was so worth it! <3
